Denbighshire’s Customer Care team is encouraging people to join a customer group to let us know what you think of our customer service and how we can improve our enquiries and complaints service via phone, One Stop Shops and the website.
The forums will be held in April, July, October 2011 and January 2012 at Denbigh or St Asaph between 6pm and 8pm (venues to be confirmed) – refreshments will be available. Please register your interest to become a member of the customer group by the end of March:-
