With the National Assembly elections and the UK wide referendum on the Alternative Vote coming up on May 5, Denbighshire’s Electoral Services team is encouraging residents to make sure they are registered to vote.
Residents whose names are not down on the Electoral Register will not be able to vote.
People can download a form from the Electoral Commission website: www.aboutmyvote.co.uk
Application forms must be sent to the Electoral Registration Officer, County Hall, Wynnstay Road, Ruthin, LL15 1YN by Thursday, 14 April.
If you’re applying for a postal vote, your application must be received by Thursday 14 April at 5pm. Applications for a Proxy Vote must be received by 5pm on 21 April.
