Public Inquiry – residential development for a maximum of 50 dwellings; Ruthin Road; Mold

An Inspector has been appointed by the Welsh Assembly Government to determine a planning appeal for a proposed residential development at Ruthin Road, Mold.

The planning application was submitted in outline form and proposes development for a maximum of 50 dwellings.

The appeal is to be heard by way of a Public Inquiry.

The Public Inquiry is anticipated to last for two days (18 and 19 May 2011) starting at 10 am in the Clwyd Room (accessed from the main entrance, Phase One) , County Hall, Mold CH7 6NF.

Copies of the Council’s and the appellant’s statements, proofs of evidence, summaries and statements can be inspected at the Planning Reception at Entrance 3, County Hall, Mold by appointment during office hours.

Interested parties may attend the Public Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, give their views.
