Missing man last seen in Tunisia: Police appeal

South Wales Police is appealing for information on missing man Parvin Singh.

Mr Singh, 53, from Canton, Cardiff, was last seen on holiday in Tunisia on Thursday, March 24.

He was staying at the El Hana Palace Hotel in Port El Kantaoui where he left all his belongings, including passport and medication.

He failed to catch the return flight home to Cardiff International Airport and there are increasing concerns for his welfare.

Police are liaising with Tunisian police but are appealing for anyone in the UK who may have seen or heard from Mr Singh to get in touch.

His sister Kiran said: “Wherever you are Parvin please get in touch with the police over there. I just want you home and safe. You know how much I love you. We all love you. If anyone has seen Parvin please get in touch with the Police,”

Mr Singh is of Asian appearance, 6ft tall, with white hair, of stocky build, and has a gap between his two front teeth. He speaks Punjabi and English.

He is known to wear a cap, a thick silver chain around his neck and a silver ring on his middle finger on his right hand which has a Hindu God symbol.
