Councillor Owen Thomas, who was Chairman of Flintshire County Council 2010/ 2011, presented the funds raised for his chosen charities throughout his year in office at a recent ceremony at County Hall.
Councillor Owen Thomas presented cheques totalling £6613 to representatives from Miles for Smiles and Hope House (Ty Gobaith).
