Brains have picked up yet more awards, this time at the International Beer Challenge, organised by trade magazine ‘Off Licence News’.
Judges awarded Brains Dark and SA Gold silver, while SA and The Rev James picked up bronze.
The award for SA Gold is its second of the year. In April the golden beer secured a bronze at the Brewing Industry International Awards, widely dubbed the ‘Brewing Oscars’.
Brains head brewer, Bill Dobson, said “We are passionate about brewing and enormously proud of our beers. These awards are an affirmation of their quality and show that we can compete with the very best beers from the UK and world.”
