Conwy inshore lifeboat tows in broken down motor cruiser

Conwy RNLI inshore lifeboat was launched at 11.00 am on Saturday 8 October. The volunteer lifeboat crew were called out to assist a 23 foot motor cruiser with two male persons on board.

The motor cruiser was experiencing engine trouble and had broken down by a buoy in Conwy Bay. The RNLI crew took the broken down vessel in tow and conveyed it to Conwy Marina where it was made secure. The volunteer crew returned to the lifeboat station at 12.20pm and the inshore lifeboat was back on service at 12.25pm.
