Mohammad Asghar AM is eager to see people and groups across South Wales East who have made efforts to restore their local environment to be considered for the annual Tidy Wales Awards.
The Awards, which have been running since 1990, will offer nine category winners a £250 cash prize, with the individual winners then competing for an additional £250 prize.
Mr Asghar said: “I would be delighted to see groups and people from South Wales East winning these awards.
“They recognise efforts made to restore our local environment to former glories, so I would urge people and groups to get involved to showcase what has been achieved across the region”.
