Jewellery stolen from Cardiff pensioner

Police in Cardiff are seeking information about burglary that occurred at Russell Street, Roath.

The victim is an elderly gentleman, who has been left very distressed by the break-in which happened overnight between Wednesday March 14 and Thursday, March 15.

A number of items of sentimental value were stolen including the gold wedding ring of his late wife which was engraved with the letters “IP”.

Also stolen were a black Hewlett Packard computer and gold necklaces, including a crucifix necklace and chain with a solid gold heart.
