If you want to get back into work, or go on to further learning, then the Customer Services skills course could be perfect for you.
Communities First Higher Shotton is hosting the above course at John Summers Community Campus for six weeks from 25 April.
You will gain a Level 2 National Open College Network Award in Employability focusing on Customer Service skills, which are applicable to any area of work.
The course runs Wednesdays, 1pm to 3.30pm, for six weeks from 25 April.
Enrolment will be carried out at the first session. The tutor, Helene Ramm, will ask to see proof of benefits and you will need your National Insurance number for the enrolment form.
