Denbighshire is looking to restore access to Water Street from its junction with West Parade to allow light vehicle access for cars and vans (transit type).
This will be achieved by erecting a close boarded protective scaffold over the road for the length of the former Honey Clubs side elevation
Structural Engineers and scaffolding contractors are planning to have the protective system in place and the road open for limited access by 4 May.
Denbighshire Director for Business Transformation and Regeneration, Bethan Jones, said: “This is not a long term solution and may change if there are significant changes in the structural condition of the building or other factors affecting the health and safety of anyone in the vicinity of the site.
“We will continue to monitor the condition of the building regularly and would like to thank anyone affected for their patience in advance.”
