Rhondda Cynon Taf Council’s customers can be reassured they are receiving the best-possible service from Customer Care staff – who have proved to be top of the class!
Nineteen staff who work in the dedicated Contact Centre and our One4aLL centres have become the latest to secure Modern Apprenticeships in Business Administration or Customer Services, thanks to a partnership between Rhondda Cynon Taf Council and Ystrad Mynach College.
