The Time to Change Wales survey is for people aged over 18 who have experienced mental health problems whilst in employment.
The survey should only take around 5 minutes to complete.
They want to collect data on people’s experiences and views to inform our campaign activities and help end the stigma and discrimination people with mental health problems face in Wales. All survey results will be anonymous and your details will never be released to any other parties.
