Two of Monmouthshire’s libraries are currently hosting outlets for the sale of festive cards from 30 different charities as well as cards in Welsh, gift wrap, tags, advent calendars and small gifts. The Cards for Good Causes shops have reopened in Chepstow and Monmouth Libraries in the approach to Christmas and they look forward to welcoming back loyal customers, as well as meeting new ones.
The Chepstow and Monmouth shops are part of the UK’s largest multi-charity Christmas card organisation. The Chepstow shop will operate until Saturday 14th December with opening hours from 10am to 5pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday while on Wednesday and Saturday business hours are 10am to 1pm. The Monmouth shop, situated in the library’s study area, is open until Tuesday 17th December. Opening hours are 10am to 4pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday while visitors to the library and weekend shoppers can call in on Saturdays from 10am to 12:30 pm.
