This month a new role has been established within Tai Ceredigion for a Supported Housing Co-ordinator. Emma Cave will manage and monitor the day to day delivery of the housing related support service for the elderly and vulnerable; whilst ensuring adherence to the government Supporting People programme’s aims and objectives.
As part of her role she will also provide direct cover for Tai Ceredigion’s nine Sheltered Schemes which are for tenants over 55, who wish to maintain an independent life but with support.
Eleri Jenkins, Director of Housing and Support at Tai Ceredigion said “Our Sheltered schemes offer independent living with peace of mind. This new role is vital in ensuring our tenants receive the necessary support in each scheme. We pride ourselves on offering a wide range of services to help tenants live on their own and offer support for those who need it. We welcome Emma to the team and wish her well in her new role.”
