North Wales Police have confirmed that the 40-year-old man who was arrested yesterday following the collision on the A55 in Colwyn Bay, has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Police are continuing to appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the collision, which occurred on the eastbound carriageway of junction 21.
