Plans for the new Abergele Extra Care Housing scheme, which is coming to Abergele on the site of the Awel y Môr Residential Home, will be on display at Abergele Library until 19th November 2010.
Members of the public are invited to view the proposals, which will provide a state-of-the-art purpose built facility, consisting of 49 one and two-bedroomed apartments and a variety of communal facilities with access to care 24 hours per day, depending on need.
The Extra Care Housing Scheme is a partnership project between Conwy County Borough Council and North Wales Housing.
North Wales Housing have submitted the plans to the Planning Authority for planning permission, the application is subject to the usual planning process.
