South Wales Police has released this CCTV image of a man suspected of being involved in an aggravated burglary in Pontyclun, Llantrisant last month.
At around midnight on Friday (March 28), the occupant of the Brynteg Arms, a property on Brynteg Lane, was woken up by a noise outside his home.
As he went downstairs to investigate he was confronted by a man holding a shovel who demanded money from him.
After a brief struggle, the suspect ran off – it was later discovered that cash had been stolen from a safe inside the premises.
Police believe three men may have been involved in the burglary that night.
