Shadow Minister for Sport Mohammad Asghar has sent his best wishes to the Welsh Rugby League team ahead of the upcoming Four Nations tournament.
Wales are preparing to take on England, New Zealand and Australia.
Mr Asghar said: “The Welsh team did tremendously well to qualify for the Four Nations in winning the European Cup last year.
“I am sure they will do Wales proud as they prepare to take on the sport’s top three ranked international sides.
“I wish good luck and every best wish to Head Coach Iestyn Harris and the international side in what is a huge three games for Welsh rugby league”.
Wales’ first game is against England in Leigh on October 29th before they face New Zealand at Wembley and Australia in Wrexham.
