Amy Barrett from Milford Haven had an early present on the eve of her birthday – she discovered she had won a competition to design a Christmas card.
Amy – who was 22 on Tuesday – won a £25 shopping voucher when her design was chosen to adorn the front of a Christmas card for Pembrokeshire County Council’s Director of Social Care and Housing, Jon Skone.
Amy was presented with her prize – plus of box of cards bearing her design – at the Christmas party of the Pembrokeshire Voices for Choices forum which gives disabled children and young people a chance to air their views.
