Denbighshire’s Revenues team is in the running for two national awards.
The team has been shortlisted in two categories at the Institute of Ratings, Revenues and Valuation (IRRV) National Awards; one in the Revenues Team of the Year category and the other for Excellence in Innovation. This submission is centred on the Sundry teams.
The teams will hear whether they have been successful in the IRRV awards at a national conference being staged in Harrogate on 30 September.
Councillor Julian Thompson-Hill, Cabinet Lead Member for Finance, said: “I would like to congratulate staff on reaching the finals of these prestigious awards in the Finance industry.
“Our staff strive to offer the best service possible to the people of Denbighshire and to be recognised on a national level is a testament of the dedication of staff. Fingers crossed we will be bringing the awards back to our county.”
