Police in Caernarfon are appealing to local residents for information after a pet cat was shot in the Hendre Park area with an air pellet.
It’s believed the cat was injured sometime between 2pm and 5:30pm on Tuesday, 20th April, near to the river situated at the back of the property.
The cat was shot to its chest and was taken to the vets, but thankfully survived.
Patrols have been carried out in the vicinity and the area has been searched. Police are appealing to anyone who may have information to contact officers at Caernarfon Police Station on 101, or Crimestoppers Wales anonymously on 0800 555 111.
