Gwent Police is appealing for information to locate Stephen Newton who breached his licence conditions after being released from prison on January 28th.
Before his release, 44 year old Stephen Newton from Brynmawr, was serving an 18 month sentence for Grevious Bodily Harm.
Due to the fact that he breached his licence conditions he has been recalled to prison.
Stephen Newton is described as white, 510”, skinny build, shaved head, blue eyes, he is normally unshaven facially with a local accent.
