UPDATE: Nineteen year old Tyler Cook, from Argoed, who police wanted to locate as he had breached his licence conditions has been located and arrested and is in the custody of the prison service.
Gwent Police is appealing for information to locate Tyler Cook who breached his licence conditions after being released from HMP Parc Prison Bridgend in May 2014.
Before his release, 19 year old Tyler Cook from Argoed was serving a two and a half year sentence for robbery after being convicted in July 2013.
Due to the fact that he breached his licence conditions he has been recalled to prison.
Tyler Cook is described as five feet eight inches tall, medium build, blue eyes with short light brown hair
