Gwent Police are appealing for information following an incident that occurred today, Wednesday 25th June between 11:50am and 12pm on the cycle track adjacent to the High Street, Argoed.
A man exposed himself to a woman running along the cycle track and began to inappropriately touch himself. He then rode off on his bike. The female was unharmed.
The man is described as being white, aged 17-20, approximately 5′ 7″ tall, with short shaved blonde hair and a clean shaven thin face. He was wearing a black vest, black jogging bottoms and an electric blue hoodie which was tied around his waist. He was riding a men’s black mountain bike.
