Officers are appealing for information following an incident of indecent exposure in the Oakdale, Blackwood area which occurred at approximately 3.20pm on Wednesday 19th March.
A 15 year old girl was walking along Brynhoward Terrace Oakdale towards Croespenmaen when a man pulled up beside her in a silver 4 door hatchback vehicle (07 plate) and asked for directions. When the girl responded he exposed himself and then drove off. The girl was unharmed.
The man is described as being white, medium build and aged between 20 and 25. He had mousey brown hair with a swept fringe. He was wearing a light blue round neck t shirt and stonewash jeans. He spoke with a local accent.
Local residents are reminded to stay vigilant, and to report any information they may have relating to the incident to 101 quoting log 381 19/03/14
