Police are appealing for information after a 16 year old pedestrian was involved in a road traffic collision on the main road in Trelawnyd this morning at just before 7.30am (February 4).
Sergeant Gwyndaf Jones said that they were anxious to speak to anyone who may have been in the centre of the village near the school and the crossing at the time and witnessed the collision involving the boy.
He said: “We are now appealing for information and we are looking for a silver vehicle which we understand was involved in the collision.
“Fortunately the boy was not seriously injured but we are keen to track down the car involved.”
