Gwent Police is appealing for information to locate Rachelle Scourfield who was reported missing on Wednesday 2nd December.
36 year old Rachelle from Sebastopol was last seen at her home address yesterday evening between 8.30pm and 8.45pm.
Rachelle is described as white, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and of slim build. She has a fair complexion with hazel eyes and long light brown hair with blonde highlights. She was last known to be wearing a grey fleece jumper, black t-shirt, light blue jeans and trainers.
Officers are concerned for the welfare of Rachelle because she has gone missing without her medication.
