Twenty seven year old Leon Passmore failed to return to HMP Prescoed on Monday April 4th, 2011.
He was convicted and sentenced to six years for robbery and possession of an imitation firearms at Swansea Crown Court on April 9th 2009. He is not a sex offender.
Leon Passmore is described as white, tanned complexion, five feet nine inches tall, medium / large build, short brown hair, brown eyes. Its believed he could be in the Swansea area as he has contacts there.
Its believed there may be a potential risk to the public due to the fact that the individual is no longer in the custody of the prison service
