Gwent Police is appealing for information to locate a patient who absconded from St Cadoc’s Hospital, Caerleon on Wednesday 19th January 2011.
19 year old Robert Thomas is described as white, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, with short brown hair and brown eyes. He is clean shaven with a spotty complexion and speaks with a Welsh accent.
He was last known to be wearing black tracksuit bottoms with a white stripe, black trainers, a black jacket, black t-shirt and a red baseball cap.
Police are concerned for the welfare of Robert because he has absconded without his medication. However, police do not consider him to be a risk to the public.
