South Wales Police is appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision which occurred at the junction of Afan Way and Victoria Road in Port Talbot at approximately 6pm on Friday 28th March.
Police are requesting that anybody who saw the collision, the movements of either vehicle prior to the collision or anyone who can provide any information, to contact the Western Roads Policing Unit on 101, or Crime Stoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
