Police are appealing for the help of the public to trace a driver following a collision near Wrexham.
At around 2.14pm on Tuesday, January 11, a collision occurred between two vehicles, a red coloured Ford Fiesta and a blue coloured Nissan Note, on the A528 Overton Road, Cockbank, at the junction with B5130 Kiln Lane. Three people sustained slight injuries in the collision.
A small silver coloured people carrier type vehicle – possibly a Ford S or C Max, left the B5130 and made a right turn onto the A528 towards Marchwiel moments before the collision happened and police are keen to trace the driver.
Police are appealing to the driver of the vehicle to contact PC 2145 Whitley or anyone who may have information regarding the incident to contact officers at the Eastern Roads Policing Unit at Deeside on 101 (if in Wales), 0845 6071001 (Welsh language line) or 0845 6071002 (English language line).
