Gwent Police is appealing for information to trace a patient who has failed to return to the care of Llanarth Court Hospital.
40 year old Russell Dugay was on escorted leave when he absconded. He was last seen in the Cwmbran town centre area at around 12 noon today, Monday 4th July.
He is described as white, 6’3″ tall, of a very large build, with short dark brown shaved hair and a goatie beard. He has an English accent and a number of tattoos;
- an eagle on his left arm
- the words ‘Bulldog’ and ‘Russ’ on his left arm
It’s believed he may be in the Swansea or Port Talbot areas where he has contacts.
Russell Dugay is considered a potential risk as he is no longer in controlled conditions.
