The Ministry of Defence has requested that every county council in Britain raise the Armed Forces Flag on Monday morning, 21 June, so that the flag will be flown across the British Isles in the week leading up to Armed Forces Day on 26 June.
Following this request, Gwynedd Council Chairman, Councillor W Tudor Owen has arranged a short ceremony to raise the flag on Gwynedd Council Headquarters in Caernarfon at 10am on Monday, 21 June.
