South Wales Police are investigating a suspected arson attack on a timber footbridge at Coed Iestyn Woods in Pencoed. The incident occurred sometime overnight between Tuesday 27 April and the following morning.
Police Constable Samantha Beaumont of the Pencoed Neighbourhood Policing team said: “The footbridge was built by Woodbe of Tondu, which is a training organisation for adults with learning difficulties.
“I am appealing to public for any information with regard to this criminal damage.”
