Mohammad Asghar launched an attack on the One Wales Agreement during a debate in the Senedd this week.
Mr Asghar, who is a Regional Assembly Member for South Wales East, argued that the Agreement had failed on a number of its key pledges and was not delivering for the people of Wales.
He said: “It is regrettable that, in 2010, so many indicators suggest that the One Wales Agreement is not delivering for Wales.
“With such high unemployment, high levels of child poverty, a decline in the number of tourists coming to Wales, a troubled rural economy, and with major organisations like Bosch and Hoover shutting up shop, these are deeply disturbing times for Wales.
“It is about time that this nation saw … change.”
