Following consultation last year, Denbighshire is to introduce an HGV advisory route on the B5381 Lower Denbigh Road in St Asaph. The purpose of this is to discourage use of the High Street by heavy goods vehicles. The proposal will not affect access for loading and unloading.
It has been agreed with County Councillors and St Asaph Town Council that the proposed route will be introduced on a 12 month trial basis. The impact of the advisory route will be closely monitored by the Council during the trial.
The signing of the route will be complete by the end of next week.
