Markham & District Colliery Brass Band are joining the line-up for ‘Bands in the Park 2014’, playing Rhymney Park on Sunday 13 July between 2.30pm and 5pm.
There are loads of brass bands playing across the county borough this summer providing the perfect excuse to pack up a picnic and get out of the house on a summer’s Sunday afternoon. The 2014 performances are as follows:

Waunfawr Park – Crosskeys Silver Band
Morgan Jones Park – Blaenavon Town Band
Ystrad Mynach Park – Oakdale Silver Band
Tredegar Park – Pontypool Brass Band
Sunday 13th July

All performances are free and take place between 2.30pm and 5pm.
