A 34 year old man from Barry has been sentenced to 19 months in prison for a catalogue of offences.
In a joint investigation conducted by Trading Standards and South Wales Police, John Farrugia, aged 34, from Clos Llawhaden in Barry, pleaded guilty to offences dating back over 17 months.
The offences ranged from possession with the intent to supply a controlled class B drug through to infringement of copyright.
Detective Sergeant Julian Kerslake said: “This investigation was a culmination of hard work between officers from South Wales Police and Trading Standards”.
He added: “This conviction shows that anyone committing these offences can expect to be investigated and brought before the courts”.
