Families are invited to Cwmcarn Forest on Friday 6th June for a magical evening of open air theatre and storytelling.
“During a storm, a child is born, and the trees gather to march…” Christine Cooper and her small theatre company bring their spellbinding performance of ‘Battle of the Trees’ to the picturesque surroundings of Cwmcarn Forest at sunset. Experience a twisted tale, filled with mystery, suspense and coincidence, brought to life through storytelling, music and poetry.
Bring along blankets and a picnic to make the most of your evening, as you meet curious characters, journey through unknown places and find out how they are all connected. If you want to make a night of it, why not book a ‘glamping pod’ and spend an evening under the stars?
‘Battle of the Trees’ is perfect for families and suitable for children over 8. Tickets are £8 for adults and £4 for children, advance booking and payment is essential.
The show starts 7pm at car park one and lasts approximately two hours. Please be aware that toilet facilities will not be available and visitors require their own transport. In inclement weather the event will take place at the visitor centre.
