Police were called to the Greenwod Forest Park Centre, Bethel at around 4:40pm on Sunday 24th April following reports that an 11 year old boy had fallen from one of the rides.
He was airlifted to Ysbyty Gwynedd where he was later pronounced dead.
Police and the Health and Safety Executive will be jointly investigating the incident.
