A new residential development in St Clears will include affordable housing.
Carmarthenshire County Council’s planning committee has approved outline plans for housing on land behind Britannia Terrace, Tenby Road, St Clears.
An officers’ report to the committee said that the approval of the scheme was subject to agreements that a quarter of the houses built should be affordable housing, and that public open space is provided on the site.
