A leading UK waste management company – Waste Recycling Group Limited (WRG) have been awarded the management contract for Neath Port Talbot Council’s Household Waste and Recycling Centres (HWRCs) in Briton Ferry and Cymmer from 1st April 2012.
The sites will continue to remain open as normal, however there may be some minor disruption to the service on the day of transfer.
The transaction is expected to go smoothly however there will be a Project Manager from WRG available at both sites on the 1st and 2nd April to help with any issues that arise.
The Pwllfawatkin Recycling Centre, which is also managed by WRG, will remain open as normal.

Briton Ferry and Cymmer HWRCs
1st April to 31st October – 8.00am to 8.00pm
1st November to 31st March – 8.00am to 5.30pm
Pwllfawatkin HWRC
1st May to 30th September – 9.00am to 7.00pm
1st October to 30th April – 9.00am to 5.00pm
All sites are open 7 days a week, 52 weeks of the year with the exception of Christmas Day.
