Welsh Conservatives have welcomed the UK Government’s announcement of a £10 million investment in superfast broadband for North West Wales.
Speaking from North Wales, Leader of the Welsh Conservatives Nick Bourne AM, said: “This is excellent news for businesses and residents right across this area of Wales.
“This first wave of funding will support the extension of superfast broadband to Pwllheli and its surrounding areas, with much more to come. That means continued support for economic development, public services and social inclusion.
“The provision of superfast broadband in Wales remains a key priority for the Welsh Conservatives. It is integral to the success of the private sector and we wholeheartedly welcome today’s announcement by the UK government.”
