Library customers and local residents are warmly invited to call in to Broughton Library on Friday 16 March at 10.30 – 11.30am to have tea or coffee and view the facilities.
The library re-opened in January, after several months closure, which was necessary for building work to be carried out within the new Broughton Primary School, at the same site in Broughton Hall Road.
Some changes have been made, including a new, more accessible entrance and improved provision for study and use of ICT facilities.
Further improvements are planned for the children’s library corner after Easter.
All are welcome.
Normal opening hours for the library are:
Monday 10.00-1.00, 2.00 – 7.00
Tuesday closed
Wednesday 10.00 -1.00, 2.00 – 7.00
Thursday 10.00 -1.00, 2.00 – 5.00
Friday 10.00 – 1.00, 2.00 – 5.00
Saturday 9.30am – 12.30pm
