The volunteer crew of Beaumaris Lifeboat Station were called out twice on Sunday.
The first incident was at 2.34pm when a 63-year-old man walking on the Anglesey Coastal Path in the vicinity of Lleiniog fell, injuring his shoulder. Incapacitated by his injuries and with a rising tide, the walker was able to use a mobile phone to call for assistance and the Penmon Coastguard team was called out. The team located him but found he was inaccessible by road so the RNLI lifeboat volunteers evacuated the casualty by water to a location where he could be transferred to an ambulance.
The Beaumaris RNLI Lifeboat attended and the casualty and his dog were taken aboard the lifeboat. The man was given first aid by the crew as he was brought back to the Beaumaris boathouse from where he was taken to Ysbty Gwynedd by ambulance.
The second call-out was at 5pm when Holyhead Coastguard received a request for assistance from an eight-metre motor boat out of fuel one mile north west of Conwy Fairway Buoy. The Beaumaris RNLI Lifeboat was launched and located and towed the striken boat into Conwy and secured outside Conwy marina.
