The Returning Officer at Denbighshire County Council is informing people of a by-election that will take place for a vacant seat on Llanferres Community Council following the resignation of Cllr Olive Parry. The by-election will take place on Thursday 31 July 2014.
If the election is contested, the polling station will be located at the Village Hall, Llanferres. Any person wishing to stand as a candidate at this election should contact the Returning Officer for further information on 01824 706114 to request nomination papers.
Prospective candidates should submit their completed nomination papers to the Returning Officer, Room 235, County Hall, Ruthin, LL15 1YN no later than 4pm on Friday 4 July 2014.
