Gemma Thomas, Principal Engineer for Caerphilly County Borough Council, has won a major Transportation Award in a national competition.
Principal Engineer Gemma was presented with first prize for the Best Transport Paper Competition 2014 for her paper on ‘The South East Wales Transport Alliance (SEWTA) Rail Park and Ride Package’.
