The Returning Officer has announced that five candidates are to stand in a by-election for the vacant seat on Rhuddlan Town Council.
They are:
- Steven Penhaligon
- Arwel Roberts (Prifathro Wedi Ymddeol Retired Headteacher)
- Arwyn Lloyd Roberts
- Brenda Singfield
- Andrew Thomas Smith (Governor of Ysgol Y Castell)
The by-election takes place on Thursday, 21 April 2011. The polling station will be located at the The Community Centre on Parliament Street and will be open from 7am to 10pm.
Electors wishing to register to vote for the election or wanting to vote by post must submit a completed application form by 5pm Wednesday 6 April 2011.
