The Returning Officer has announced that two candidates are to stand in a by-election for the vacant seat for the Pendyffryn Ward on Rhyl Town Council.
They are:
- Billy Dawson (Welsh Conservative Party Candidate)
- Andrew John Rutherford (Welsh Labour / Llafur Cymru)
The by-election takes place on Thursday, 12 May 2011. The polling station will be located at the Botanical Gardens Cafe on Grange Road and will be open from 7am to 10pm.
Electors wishing to register to vote for the election or wanting to vote by post must
submit a completed application form by 5pm Thursday 21 April 2011.
